    10:00–18:00
    Open between 09:30–18:00 on weekends during July and August
    *Entry only allowed up until 30 minutes before closing
  • Closed
    Mondays (closed the following day if Monday is a public holiday)

    (Entry into the museum itself is free of charge)

Transport Information

[By Train / Bus]

  • Alight at Aino Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line (approx. 50 min. from Osaka Station)
    Take the Shinki Green Bus for "Hyogo Togei Bijutsukan" (Museum of Ceramic Art) / "Konda Yakushionsen"
    Or take the bus bound for Kiyomizudera for approximately 15 minutes, alighting at "Museum of Ceramic Art".
    (Taxis are also available from Aino Station)

[By Car]

  • Approx. 15 minutes from the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway / Sanda-Nishi IC, or approx. 20 minutes from the Tannan Sasayamaguchi IC.
  • Approx. 30 minutes east along Route 372 from the Takino-Yashiro IC.
  • From the direction of Hanshin, go north along Route 176, take a left at the Sanda Yotsutsuji intersection and continue approximately 15 minutes.

[Car Park]

  • 58 parking spaces (for regular vehicles) are available at the museum.
  • Those with mobility issues may park in front of the entrance to the museum.
